Job Description

*Should have experience in Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Provide real-time verbal interpretation (Chainese/English/Hindi) during meetings, training sessions, and shop floor discussions.

2.Translate technical documents, SOPs, emails, and reports accurately.

3.Assist Chinese experts and management in daily communication with Indian employees.

4.Support cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR) in understanding technical and operational requirements.

5.Act as a cultural bridge to ensure smooth collaboration between Chinese and Indian teams.

6.Maintain confidentiality of all translated information and company data.

7.Coordinate travel, meetings, and communication schedules for expatriates if required.

*Required Qualifications*

1.Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably Chainese Languages / Business / Engineering).

2.Certification or formal training in Chinese is preferred

3.Proven experience as a Chinese Interpreter / Translator in manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.

*Skills & Competencies*

1.Fluency in Chainese, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).

2.Strong understanding of technical terminology (Manufacturing / Battery industry preferred).

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

5.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
