Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Fastener Industry*

*JD*

1.Develop and implement manufacturing processes for cold forging, thread rolling, heat treatment, surface finishing, and packing lines.

2.Prepare and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and Work Instructions.

3.Lead Production Engineering activities during new product development.

4.Coordinate with Design, QA, Tool Room, and Production for trial runs and validation

5.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP requirements.

6.Oversee tooling design & development for cold heading and thread rolling dies.

7.Knolwledge of Cold Forging / Cold Heading,Thread Rolling, Heat Treatment & Surface Coating and heat treatment processes

8.Good Knowledge of NPD process

9.Good Knowledge of APQP and knowledge of FMEA & PFMEA

10.Good knowledge of Fasterer Process

11.Good knowledge of IIA & SAS

12.Good Understanding of MSIL requritments (Audit, NPD Methos)
