*Key Responsibilities*

6.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
7.Support the performance management process.
8.Coordinate with other departments to resolve HR-related issues.
9.Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations.
10.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
