*Key Responsibilities*
*Project Execution*
1.Handle installation and commissioning of AMR systems at customer sites.
2.Coordinate with project management, engineering, and customer teams for smooth project execution.
3.Ensure system integration with warehouse management systems (WMS), PLC, and automation equipment.
4.Conduct site surveys and feasibility checks before AMR deployment.
5.Prepare project documentation, installation reports, and commissioning reports.
*Technical Support*
1.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AMR systems.
2.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, navigation, and communication issues.
3.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of robots and related equipment.
4.Monitor system performance and uptime.
*Customer Support*
1.Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
2.Train customers on operation and basic maintenance of AMR systems.
3.Maintain service logs and customer issue tracking.
*Coordination*
1.Work with software, mechanical, electrical, and automation teams for issue resolution.
2.Coordinate with vendors and spare parts teams for maintenance activities.
*Key Skills Required*
1.Knowledge of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) / AGV systems
2.Understanding of warehouse automation and intralogistics systems
3.Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, and industrial communication protocols
4.Troubleshooting skills for robotics hardware and software
5.Knowledge of navigation technologies (SLAM, LiDAR, vision-based navigation)
6.Basic understanding of WMS/WCS integration
7.Good problem-solving and communication skills
