Supervisor – Welding and Coating for Ahmedabad Location

Job Description

*Job Duties and Responsibilities*

1.Interpret sketches, blueprints, and specs to understand customer requirements.

2.Support setting up of various machines / fixtures etc… to complete the execution of jobs safely and on time in line with customer requirements.

3.Be the link between the Manager and Skill workers for day-to-day operation.

4.Perform routine maintenance on machines and fixtures.

*Qualifications, Experience & Skills*

1.High school plus Diploma (Mechanical).

2.Proven 2‑5 years supervisory experience in managing a production shop where welding and fabrication were the major activities.

3.Command over mathematics and understanding of measuring equipment etc…

4.Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols.

5.Strong attention to detail and a pleasing personality.

6.Good problem‑solving skills and a team‑player mindset.

7.Working knowledge of English.
