Job Description
1.Candidate should have strong knowledge of GHG , ESG & Carbon neutrality.
2.Implement and monitor Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) systems as per statutory requirements, customer standards, and company policies.
3.Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, and applicable safety regulations.
4.Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
5.Coordinate and conduct safety audits (internal, external, and customer audits).
6.Ensure availability and proper use of PPE across all departments.
7.Organize mock drills for emergency preparedness (fire, evacuation, medical emergencies, etc.).
8.Ensure full compliance with customer-specific safety requirements and audit expectations.
9.Maintain safety documentation, records, permits, SOPs, and compliance reports.
10.Support customer visits, audits, and certifications related to safety.
11.Coordinate with local authorities (fire department, medical services, labour department) when required.
12.Candidate who can Demonstrates a future-oriented approach to safety by anticipating potential risks.
13.Identifying improvement opportunities, and proactively recommending effective safety enhancements to management.
Experience Required
1.Experience handling customer safety audits and statutory inspections is mandatory.
2.Handling sustainability of company.
Any special experience/Knowledge required
1.Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, statutory compliance, and risk management
2.Familiarity with ISO 45001 / EHS management systems /50001 (ENMS) /27001 (ISMS) / 37001(ABMS)
3.Good communication and training skills.
