1.Overall control, monitoring, and optimization of the electroplating process, ensuring 100% compliance with CQI-11 standards
2.Leading the annual CQI-11 self-assessment, managing chemical process controls
3.Conduct the annual CQI-11 self-assessment and maintain all documentation.
4.Assist in managing daily electroplating operations for automotive parts (Zinc, Chrome, Baking Machines, Phosphating, etc.).
5.Ensure adherence to control plans, PFMEA, and process parameters.
6.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and OEM standards.
7.Support PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and customer audits.
8.Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of plating lines, rectifiers, barrels, jigs, ETP, and material handling systems.
9.Enforce safety procedures for chemical handling, PPE usage, and emergency response.
10.Support ISO 14001 and statutory audits.
11.Supervise operators, technicians, and contract manpower across shifts.
12.Maintain discipline, productivity, and adherence to standard work.
13.Drive Kaizen, 5S, Lean, and TPM initiatives on the plating line.

1.In-depth knowledge of automotive electroplating processes & corrosion protection
2.Strong understanding of IATF 16949, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC
3.Root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why)
