1 Responsible for achievement of Assembly PPC plan v/s actual
2 Responsible for Gap analysis and countermeasure development.
3 Responsible for Product quality and scrap cost reduction
4 Responsible for review of associate’s skills updation of Assembly
5 Responsible for optimum utilization of 5M (Man, machine, material method, Measurement)
6 Responsible for adherence of “5M” Change management control
7 Responsible for adherence of production records, check sheet, formats.
8 Responsible for adherence of OSM, WI, and One point lessons.
9 Responsible for material management as per defined standard.
10 Responsible for shop floor 5S, Safety and discipline
11 Responsible for optimum utilization of Key consumables consumption
12 Responsible for audit compliances product, process and system
13 Responsible for NC management as per NC handling rules
14 Responsible for On job training and monitoring of new trainees
15 Responsible for operator observance review and gap analysis
16 Responsible for APQP activities & Ramp up
17Responsible for ECN implementation
18 Responsible for manpower requirement submission as per indent.
*Key Skill Requirement:*
(i) Good knowledge of Assembly process
(ii) Good Knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
