*Job Description*
1.Pay-roll management – attendance, salary preparation / pay slip generation / TDS.
2.Legal compliance – related to payroll / factory Act and other labor act.
3.Contract Labor management.
• Conducting interview and ensuring the recruitment of Man power
• Maintaining Daily and monthly Man Power Report
• Checking Monthly, attendance / salary / payslip / ESI & PF, Bonus.
4.Handling the Mediclaim and GPA / GTL etc.
5.Monitoring of Housekeeping & 5 S.
6.Maintaining data for EHS.
7.Coordination in of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
8.Advance knowledge on MS. Office and commands.
9.General Administration related work.
10.Organizing employee engagement activities
