*Key Responsibilities*
1.Lead and supervise maintenance team for daily operations.
2.Execute and monitor Preventive & Predictive Maintenance schedules.
3.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment issues.
4.Reduce breakdowns, track MTTR/MTBF, and perform root-cause analysis.
5.Maintain maintenance records, PM checklists, and calibration documents.
6.Coordinate critical spares management and support cost control.
7.Implement 5S, Kaizen, and TPM activities across the plant.
8.Ensure safe work practices and support EHS/OHSAS requirements.
*Skills & Competencies*
1.Strong hands‑on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical & mechanical systems
2.Must have knowledge of injection molding machines
3.Must have knowledge of 6 Axis robots like: ABB, KUKA, Yasakawa etc.
4.Breakdown analysis & problem-solving
5.PM/TPM systems knowledge
6.Team handling & communication
7.Safety and compliance understanding
