1.Plan, schedule, and control production activities to meet delivery commitments
2.Monitor daily production status and take corrective actions to prevent delays
3.Coordinate closely with Production, Stores, Purchase, Logistics, and Quality teams
4.Maintain and manage traceability systems, product tracking, and rundown sheets
5.Ensure accurate data management and reporting using ERP and MS tools
6.Support import-related material planning with a basic understanding of Indian customs clearance procedures
7.Actively engage on the shop floor to identify issues and drive process improvements
8.Communicate effectively with international counterparts, supporting cross-cultural collaboration
9.Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and automation using Excel, Power BI, and related tools
*Required Knowledge & Skills*
1.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Teams
2.Ability to create and manage macros
3.Practical knowledge of traceability systems
4.Familiarity with product tracking methods and rundown sheets
5.General understanding of Indian import customs clearance processes
6.Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
