*Responsibilities*
1.Develop and implement (Dojo) training programs for Mechanical/Automobile departments.
2.Identify (Dojo) training needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
3.Design and develop training materials including handouts, visual aids, and instructional materials.
4.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
5.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
6.Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
7.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
8.Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
9.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
*Qualifications*
1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
2.Professional certification in training and development is a plus.
3.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a training role within the Mechanical/Automobile industry.
4.Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
