2.Responsible for maintaining and handling the confidentiality of employees personal records.
3.Responsible for preparing employee Skill Matrix & skill Evaluation document as per requirement.
4.Responsible for preparing Employees annual training calendar & training documents.
5.Responsible for maintaining monthly training plan execution compliance against actuals.
6.Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
7.Responsible for planning the Exit Interviews for outgoing employees to get their feedback
8.Responsible for taking follow up & coordination with the employees & their HOD’s for HR activities.
9.Handling Internal Audits by maintaining the required Documents.
10.Preparing Organization Chart as per requirement.
