Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automation Industry*

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Effectively presents Customer Service aftermarket products and services to new and existing customers.

2.Frequently travels (up to 30%) to customer sites to sell CS products

3.Generates accurate and technically correct quotations of the CS product portfolio

4.Reviews purchase orders for accuracy, authorization, and supporting documentation. Verifies customer and

5.Maintains accurate and complete data in Salesforce/SAP/other IT systems, including Asset Information,

6.Opportunity Status, Quote information and order processing till commercial closure including payment followup.

7.Cooperates with CS team to ensure qualified resources are identified to achieve successful completion of CS orders.

8.Develops and maintains long-term business relationship between KUKA India and Integrators, System Partners and End Customers.

9.Works collaboratively with the Sales / IM / CS teams to determine service sales strategies for individual customer accounts.

10.Provides feedback to Sales / IM Team and CS team to improve customer relationships.

11.Ensures capture of repeat / renewal business by proactively offering recommended Spare Parts, Field Service, Service Contracts, Software

12.Forecast aftermarket sales volumes and assists in strategic planning activities.

13.Understands and follows safety regulations and identifies safety concerns.

14.Supports the Finance department in the payment process.

 

*Application Requirement*

1.Diploma/B.E/B.Tech– Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics &

2.Telecommunication/Robotics with 2~3 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3.Requires excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of customer service for face-to-face and phone contact with customers

4.Multicultural sensitivity and understanding are a must while interacting with customers.

5.High proficiency level in English is a must for effective verbal and written communication.

6.Prior sales experience a decisive advantage – understanding all phases of sales process.

7.Candidate must be results oriented with a strong dedication to meeting customer expectations
