Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automation Industry*

 

*Key Responsibilities:*•

1.Responsible for carpet, soft trim & wet headliner process

2.Displays ownership and accountability over areas of responsibility by driving Operators

3.Responsible for all production activities in his/her area at an efficient cost in accordance with approved process sheets

4.Responsible for the completion and accuracy of production information and counts reported by his/her people.

5.Responsible for training, assigning, and motivating personnel in his/her area to obtain acceptable level of production.

6.Responsible for accurately completing the accountability room production boards daily

7.Responsible for monitoring OEE efficiencies, defects, production and downtime.

8.Responsible for enforcement of safety standards

9.Responsible for 5S in their areas.

10.Responsible for encouraging and promoting self directed work teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

11.Responsible for promoting a safe and positive work environment for employees.

12.Readiness of Process Documents like work instructions ,Process Control Data sheet , Operator Skill Matrix and all documents as per IATF16949 , EMS & OHSAS requirements

13.Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by employees

14.Ensure SAP Compliance ,Production Booking , Eliminate SAP Variance ,

15.Monitor Functional Objectives within Targets , OEE , Productivity ,rejection PPM etc as per KRA

16.Interface with all internal service department to run smooth operation.

17.Perform related duties as required in a team-oriented environment.

18.Ensure weekly manpower shift scheduling

19.Monitor the status of production, employee morale related matters.

20.Organize monthly manpower planning as per production plan

21.Ensure Material availability & Packaging before start of each shift in co-ordination with materials department

22.Carry out LPA Audit and Ensure Process Audits ,NCR closure on time

23.Monthly rejection analysis & production reports
