Job Description

*Should have good experience in Facility Management / Real Estate Industry**

 

*Role and Responsibilities:*

· Manage Current client accounts

· Enhance current database by introducing new companies

· Coordinate with Old, current and new clients for Lead generation

· Cold calling and sending introductory emails

· Mapping the corporate buildings, Set up meetings using the database and additional new clients

· On receiving the requirement coordinate with operations for Property Listings

· Calculate and prepare Listing to be sent out to the client bases on the rental received from operations

· Conduct Client viewings on weekdays and On holidays if needed.

· Once a property is shortlisted – to coordinate the Lease Agreement

· Follow all processes indicated for completion of internal documentation

· Meet targets set by Management

· To ensure that all process documents are filed

· Support operation team for check-in and Check-out as and when required.

· Be and additional support to the International Bookings Desk for Incoming International Bookings

· Travel to other cities as required

· Any other tasks as requested by the Management

· The Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
