Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage compensation frameworks including salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation.
•⁠ ⁠Lead annual compensation review cycles: merit increases, bonus planning, and market benchmarking.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using compensation surveys and analytics.
Total Rewards Design
•⁠ ⁠Create and communicate a compelling Total Rewards philosophy aligned with company culture and values.
•⁠ ⁠Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to support competitive offers and retention strategies.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative reward solutions tailored to the automotive sector.
•⁠ ⁠Build dashboards and models to assess compensation competitiveness and financial impact of rewards programs.
•⁠ ⁠Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws and internal policies.
•⁠ ⁠Lead audits and risk assessments related to compensation and benefits.
