*2.Translation:* Accurately translating various documents, emails, and technical materials from Japanese to English and vice-versa.
Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks, managing schedules, and supporting Japanese expatriates with their daily needs.
*3.Cultural Liaison:* Bridging cultural gaps and ensuring effective business communication within a multicultural work environment.
*Required Qualifications:*
*1.Language Proficiency:* Certification of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at N2 level (ability to understand Japanese used in everyday situations and in a variety of circumstances to a certain degree
*2.Skills:* Excellent listening, note-taking, and strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
*3.Personal Attributes:* A pleasing personality, ability to work as a team player, and strong business communication skills.
*4.Experience:* While listed as “fresher,” some employers may require a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or an internship, though many entry-level positions are available.
