Jr. Engineer – Quality

Job Description

1. Familiar with QC tools and SPC

2. Core tools knowledge

3. Familiar with product and process failure risk

4. Skills of office software such as Excel, Word, email etc.

5. Engineering drawing understanding reading.

6. Engineering quality tools, Problem solving tools, 8D, SPC and other quality tools.

1. At least 10 people team management capability (effectively lead, guide, and motivate direct/indirect)

2. Hands on experience of handling process quality concerns.

*.Key Responsibilities:*

1. Assign daily morning meeting content

2. Manage subordinates’ discipline/work attendance/safety and 5S etc.

3. Plan and execute subordinates skill upgradation and assessment

4. Process quality monitoring, feedback and follow up

5.Manage test equipment and maintained

6.Collect process data and prepare report

7.Responsible for on-site inspection improvement

8.Monitor consistency between operation and document request

9.Conduct workplace safety audits, asset audit and take necessary CAPASA
