Job Description

1. Maintenance Plan adherence to insure Process Key Indication (PPMDTYIELDOUTPUT)

2. New Line setup Execution as per plan

3. Do FA analysis to improve the Equipment & reduce customer complaints

4. Improvement/Cost-saving project execution

5. Document maintain & update

6. Training Execution for our Technician

7. Good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance

8. Team Handling & Team Management

*Knowledge :*

1. Control wiring

2. 5 Why, 7 Why, PDCA

3. Electrical/Mechanical Experience

*Skills :*

1. Electronics device (AC Drive, IR sensor, Pressure switch)

2. Pneumatic circuit, Electrical circuit

3. Analytical skill 5A, BA, PASA
