Production plan:
According to the team plan decomposition, do a good job of micro-planning, and coordinate human, machine, material, law and environmental resources to ensure that the plan is achieved;
Team KPI & Executive Management:
1) Be responsible for the decomposition of KPI (plan, efficiency, quality, cost, safety, etc.) indicators of teams and groups, and achieve them according to each KPI index;
2) Actively apply fish market and SGA improvement tools to improve the ability to solve problems;
3) Implement 6S bench marking standards, and be responsible for on-site 6S implementation, product guarantee and customer approval;
4) Under the guidance of the supervisor, participate in the team and win-win improvement projects to promote the lean culture of the team;
5) Personnel implement according to SOP to ensure that the production products and document system are controlled;
6) Safety in production: Carry out standard implementation (BOF) in strict accordance with EHS specifications, and make daily inspections;
Knowledge:
1.Master the seven skills of QC
2.Knowledge of Lean Production (JIT/TPM/SGA/)
3.Knowledge of IATF 16949 : 2018
4.Master 5why and 8D analysis knowledge
5.Understand the basics of FMEA
Method:-
(1) Daily plan vs actual report, SOP/WI/Testing procedures.
(2) 5S & 3R Implementation.
(3) Master knowledge of FMEA, 8D, TPM, PDCA, Lean manufacturing, JIT,Kaizen, 7Q tools, FIFO, RCA & Capa report
(4) Must knows abnormal handling methods.
